These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DecorAI – AI Home Design App (the “Service”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA, where applicable) to use DecorAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for any activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us at hello@rocketdigital.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. License to use DecorAI
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the AI home design app on devices you own or control. You may not (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) resell or sublicense it, (c) use it to build a competing AI home design app, or (d) use it in violation of law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the AI redesigns you generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights to upload and use any photo you submit, including any people, art, or copyrighted material captured in it.
5. AI-generated results
DecorAI generates home design ideas from your photos using AI. Results are intended as visual inspiration, not as construction-ready plans, structural guidance, electrical or plumbing advice, or permits. For complex projects you should consult qualified professionals.
AI may produce imperfect, unrealistic, or unintended visuals. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or absence of errors.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, Google, or our payment partner RevenueCat under the terms shown in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Play Store account.
7. Acceptable use
- Don’t upload illegal, hateful, sexual, or infringing content.
- Don’t attempt to scrape, overload, or attack our infrastructure.
- Don’t misrepresent AI-generated images as photographs of real built spaces in a way that deceives buyers, renters, or other consumers.
8. Third-party services
DecorAI integrates with third-party providers including RevenueCat, Firebase (Google), Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Their services are governed by their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
DecorAI, including the brand, logos, app design, copy, and underlying software, is owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of DecorAI.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and your account.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where local law gives you a non-waivable right to a different forum.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of DecorAI after changes constitutes acceptance.
